Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Cuprum Corium. We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new gear, so here is the lowdown on how we get it from our atelier to your doorstep without losing our sanity (or your package).

1. Processing Time: The "Pre-Game"

We process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Our "shipping ninjas" operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: You won't be left in the dark. We’ll be in contact throughout the build so you can watch your creation come to life.

  • Note: During high-demand periods (like the holidays), production may take a little longer.

2. Shipping Options & Fees

Once processing—or the labor of love that is a custom order—is complete, we dispatch items within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Express: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Standard: 7 to 10 business days. Fees vary based on what you’ve tucked into your cart and where in the world you are.

3. International Shipping: Going Global

We proudly ship worldwide! Whether you’re in London or a remote cabin in the Alps, we’ll find you.

  • The Catch: Customs fees and duties may apply. We don't make the international trade laws; we just make the cool leather and copper stuff. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery Times (The "Ish" Factor)

Delivery times are estimates. While we’d love to personally fly your package to you, we rely on carriers. Factors like weather, holidays, or a carrier having a "case of the Mondays" can impact timing. Once it leaves our hands, it is officially in the hands of the shipping gods.

5. Our Shipping Partners

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for US deliveries. For international orders, the partner varies—we pick whoever has the best compass for your specific region.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Expect an email confirmation the moment you hit "buy." Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link. You are then free to refresh that tracking page as often as you like—we find it’s a great way to pass the time.

7. Lost, Missing, or "Rough-Housed" Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived or it looks like it went three rounds with a grizzly bear, reach out to us at contactus@cuprumcorium.com. We’ll work with our partners to investigate and resolve the chaos.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless we accidentally sent you the wrong item (hey, we’re human!). If there’s an issue, email contactus@cuprumcorium.com and we’ll make it right.
