Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Cuprum Corium, whether we met in person (hopefully you caught our good side) or online. By completing a purchase, you’re essentially shaking hands with us and agreeing to these terms.

The "All Sales Are Final" Clause

Generally speaking, once it’s yours, it’s yours. We pour a lot of heart and soul into these pieces, and we’re pretty sure you’re going to love them. However, we aren’t robots (yet), so here are the exceptions:

Exceptions for the "Oops" Moments

We will offer a refund or replacement if the product you receive is not the product you ordered. To get the ball rolling:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • Provide photographic proof (we need to see the "ouchie").

  • Ship the item back.

The "No-Go" Zone

Some items are yours for life, specifically Custom or Personalized items. Since these were made specifically for you, they are not eligible for refunds. Don't worry, though—our workmanship guarantee still applies!

Our "We’ve Got Your Back" Guarantee

We stand behind our creations 100%. If it breaks under normal use, we will fix it. Period.

The Logistics: If tragedy strikes, contact us to discuss the issue. You ship the piece back to us (at your expense), and we will take care of the repair, cleaning, and general TLC before shipping it back to you.

However, "normal use" has its limits. Our guarantee does not apply if:

  • You used your piece for target practice.

  • It became a chew toy for your four-legged best friend.

  • It served as a teething ring for your "human replica" (aka your toddler).

Copper & Leather Spa Treatment

We want your Cuprum Corium gear to age as gracefully as a fine wine (or a well-rested vampire). We offer Free Cleaning for life on Cuprum Corium copper and leather creations.

  • The Deal: You ship it to us, and we’ll polish the copper and condition the leather until it shines.

  • The Cost: You just cover the shipping both ways!

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your item arrives and it just doesn't spark joy, we may offer an exchange or store credit. 

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging. (No "taking it for a test drive" at a weekend festival).

  • Timeline: Return it (at your expense) within one week.
